Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States using trusted carriers with tracking whenever available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Packaging

All Pokémon cards are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Raw singles are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders or semi-rigid holders, and protective mailers.

  • Graded slabs are wrapped with protective cushioning and shipped in sturdy boxes.

  • Sealed products are packed securely to maintain their factory-sealed condition.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
